A Beyond Group-led consortium has been contracted by AFD to conduct a Gender Assessment and develop a Gender Action Plan for Vocational Training Programs. This consortium consists of Beyond Group with the Information Research Center - King Hussein Foundation (IRCKHF). In line with AFD’s gender strategy, which focuses on developing a gender equality approach specific to its programs in various sectors, regions, and countries, building knowledge on relevant experiences, improving the Group and partners’ capacities on gender issues, and contributing to debates and discussions on gender and development, the assignment will contribute to the overall AFD’s gender mainstreaming policy, by assessing the initiatives funded by AFD from a gender perspective.
