The aim of the evaluation was to monitor and evaluate the project’s objectives and activities, as well as to introduce accountability and learning so that beneficiaries provide feedback that will help guide program implementation. In addition to the ongoing MEAL system, IRCKHF carried out a baseline, mid-evaluation, and impact assessment for more in-depth information based on the feedback of case managers, program managers, and beneficiaries.
