Market Needs Analysis for Tamweelkom

In cooperation with Tamweelcom - Jordan Micro Credit Company, the Information and Research Center - King Hussein Foundation (IRCKHF) conducted a market needs assessment of Tamweelcom products and services in three targeted areas: Madaba, Amman and Zarqa. The assessment gauged demand for current, new and planned Tamweelcom products and services and suggested appropriate new products and services to cater to developing needs. Fifteen focus group sessions were held using an IRCKHF developed questionnaires to target existing and potential clients. IRCKHF researchers also conducted in-depth interviews with stakeholders in the targeted areas. Tamweelkom is an award winning and internationally recognized micro-finance institution and IRC’s sister organization under the King Hussein Foundation umbrella.
